Our unhealthy and declining health can be balanced by our eating habits. It may be a tool in our arsenal against serious health problems. How therefore can we use these advantages to create a better healthcare system?
1.
The problem with current healthcare practices is that users often wait until they experience symptoms over an extended period of time before seeking medical attention, lack awareness of the benefits of proper dietary habits, and struggle with understanding medical reports provided by their doctors.
2.
To address these issues by providing users with the tools and resources to proactively manage their health, increase their understanding of the impact of dietary choices, and improve their ability to interpret medical reports.
